In this case, the data acquired will be processed exclusively to respond to the requests of the users. Specific information or indications on the legal regulation/basis may be inserted, in relation to the particular processing of data, in specific pages of the website, in the formats or in the templates published on the website.

Place and methods of processing

The processing of data acquired through the website and/or connected to the website services takes place at the offices of the Association and possibly at other persons’ places or computer systems/servers of other persons specifically designated as (external) data processors. The processing of data takes place both on paper and through the use of IT tools, according to the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, relevance and limitation with respect to the purposes of collection and subsequent processing and upon adoption of adequate security measures to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use, unauthorized access and in general aimed at ensuring compliance with the provisions of the GDPR. The data is processed exclusively by administrative and technical personnel, authorized for processing or by authorized persons for occasional maintenance operations. The website and online services are not intended for children under 18 years. Data relating to minors may be transmitted to the Association by accessing the website and services only by subjects exercising parental responsibility.

Obligation or right to provide data

The user is free to provide the personal data included in the request formats. Failure to provide the data necessary to render the service may make it impossible to obtain what is requested.

Period of conservation

According to the art. 5 GDPR, the data will be processed and stored for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the proper purposes of the service and of the processing and/or in compliance with the terms provided by law or regulation.

Communication and dissemination of data

The data provided by the users are not intended for third parties and will not be communicated or disseminated, unless otherwise provided by law or regulation (in particular the data may be communicated to Supervisory Bodies, Judicial Authorities as well as to all other subjects to whom the communication is mandatory by law for the fulfillment of the aforementioned purposes).

Data transfer in Third Countries

This website may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union area, in particular with Google, Facebook and Microsoft (LinkedIn) through social plugins and the Google Analytics service. The transfer is authorized based on specific decisions of the European Union and the Supervisory Authority for the protection of personal data, in particular decision 1250/2016 (Privacy Shield), for which no further consent is required. The companies mentioned above guarantee their adherence to the Privacy Shield.

 The user’s rights

The person concerned is guaranteed all the rights specified in the art. 15 - 20 GDPR, including the right to access, rectification and deletion of data, the right to limit and oppose treatment, the right to revoke the consent to treatment (without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent acquired before the revocation), as well as to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority for the Protection of Personal Data if the processing is deemed to violate the Rules. The aforementioned rights can be exercised by written communication to be sent by e-mail, certified email, fax or by registered letter to the headquarters of the Association.

Access to external linked websites

The portal contains links to third-party websites for further convenience and information of the user. When the user uses these links, he/she leaves the institutional website of the Association by accessing a different website, on which the Association has no control and for which it has no responsibility whatsoever with regard to data processing. It is therefore advisable to examine the policy of each website that is visited.

Use of cookies

Cookies are text files that each website sends to those who access the site and are re-transmitted by the user’s computer to the website on the next visit.

Technical cookies

The website of the Association uses technical cookies to allow a safe, rapid and efficient exploration of the website and to provide users with the services requested. The prior consent of the users is not required for the installation of these cookies.

Technical session cookies. The website of the Association uses session cookies (which are not stored permanently on the computer of the person concerned and disappear when the browser is closed), limited to the transmission of session identifiers necessary to allow safe and efficient exploration by the user. The session cookies used avoid the use of other IT techniques that are potentially prejudicial to the privacy of the users concerned and do not allow the acquisition of the personal data of the user, and therefore do not require the acquisition of the user's consent.

Analytical cookies

As in most websites, the portal collects information relating to the users’ navigation (e.g. geographical location of the internet access provider, type of browser used, IP address, pages visited on the website, number of users, etc.), exclusively for statistical purposes, without the individual identification of the user being possible. The data obtainable from these cookies are managed by the Association as website manager exclusively for statistical purposes, for the preparation of reports on the use of the website, for the improvement of the website content and to make it easier to use.

Profiling cookies

The website does not use profiling cookies, i.e. cookies aimed at creating profiles for the user in order to send advertising messages in line with the preferences shown during the website navigation, or for the transmission of personal information, nor are used so-called persistent cookies of any kind, i.e. systems for tracing data subjects.

Third-party cookies

The companies that send content to the portal of the Association and those reachable through links from the pages of the portal (e.g. YouTube, Facebook, etc.) can, at their choice, use cookies also persistent on the computers of the users, aimed at storing the navigation data of the user, starting from the moment in which the user clicks on the relevant link. In this case, the use of cookies is beyond the control of the Association. Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can also reject them completely, or selectively accept only some, by changing your browser's security settings (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari Opera, etc.). Each browser has different procedures for managing settings. If the user concerned inhibits the loading of cookies, some components of the website may be unavailable and certain pages may be incomplete.
